POLICY & Procedures

Eligibility requirements:

Gray Griffin Sober Living has eligibility criteria that we screen for before considering accepting an applicant. These criteria include:

1. Has had an initial assessment by a licensed professional, and are placed within the program at the level that clinically necessitates.
2. Have enrolled or are enrolling in a Outpatient treatment program or continuing therapy or some kind of recovery program if completed outpatient treatment.
3. Completed a Residential Treatment Program.
4. Graduate of Salt Lake County Jail’s Correctional Addiction Treatment Services.
5. Participant in Drug Court Programs.
6. Participated in the VOA Journey Program.
7. An assessment and or Referral from behavioral health services.
8. Compliant with treatment expectations.
9. A desire to participate and engage in the recovery process.
10. Be at least 18 years of age.
11. Must have a Substance Use Disorder.
12. Ability to take care of oneself and be self reliant.

Each cost, fee and expense for service and refund policy:

Recovery residence fee (Rent) is $800.00 per month and a non-refundable deposit of $200.00 is due at the time of admissions. Recovery Coaching is included with Recovery Residence.

If rent is not received by the due date a $10 fee will be assessed per day. At the end of the 5 th day you will risk forfeiting your room at Gray Griffin Sober Living. Residents agree that any breach of rules outlined in this agreement will have consequences to be determined by the House Manager and directors, and may be grounds for immediate termination of occupancy, and any remaining prepaid rent will not be refunded. If a client is administratively discharged or moves out, any rent paid will not be refunded.
